Vintage-looking Twill Ruler Tape can be used as edgings on pincushions and other stitched pieces. The Ruler Tape should be used decoratively and not as a true measure. This hand-dyed 1/2″ wide twill is made from 100% cotton and comes in 2 continuous yards.
