“Be kind to yourself & others” One of my personal life mantras, I say this phrase to myself any and every time I catch a glimpse of the moon… whether it’s the jewelry I’m wearing, the decorations in my home, or the astronomical beaut herself, orbiting patiently and faithfully above us. (I just love when she peeks out during the daytime!) While the practice of kindness is a constant and humbling lesson in empathy for others, I find that I am actually the harshest and cruelest with myself. May we all take a moment to step back, breathe deeply, recognize ourselves as a friend, and then courageously enter the world with care and gentleness. May we eachradiate light and loving kindnessto ourselves and others, even in the darkest of phases.
