Description
When you think of the Liberty Bell, does religion ever jump to the forefront of your mind? Many believe the original bell was commissioned (before America’s founding) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of William Penn’s Charter of Privileges, which gave Pennsylvanians religious and political self-governance liberties. Religiosity was of such importance that the Liberty Bell’s inscription, “Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof” is a Biblical verse from the book of Leviticus. This design includes a border of keystones (because Pennsylvania is known as the Keystone State), the Liberty Bell transcription, and the year commissioned.
This is the digital – pdf – version of Proclaim Liberty*. Once you purchase the pattern an email will be sent to you that will contain a link to download a pdf copy of the design. Nothing will be mailed to you.
